  • Starting an interview now opens the interview workspace directly and checks that the selected stage and preparation are current before recording begins.
  • Active interviews now lead with recording and move into review, while interview prep can be printed or saved as a PDF for use away from the screen.

Scheduler Lite

  • Workforce-goal previews now show how the request was understood, the safeguards used, and the exact before-and-after outcome before the scheduler chooses whether to apply it.

  • Initial staging now explains whether assignment fairness reached its availability-adjusted lower bound, was proven best for the staged coverage pattern, or is a safe best-found result that may still be improved.
  • Assignment Summary now shows availability-adjusted fairness for the current staged schedule, with expandable shift and per-person calculations.
  • Plain-language Assignment Evener requests now show exactly what was understood, the proposed approach and safeguards, what still requires calculation, and the exact previewed effects before anything can be applied.
  • A still-current applied Assignment Evener proposal and its Undo action can now be recovered after the workbench is closed and reopened.
